Do I have to be a member to register to the event?

WBCSD Liaison Delegate Meeting is a closed event. The meeting is open, upon registration, to WBCSD members, WBCSD Global Network Partners and selected guests only.

What is the difference between a WBCSD member and WBCSD Global Network Partner?

How do I see/print registration receipts?

When the registration process is completed, you will receive a receipt attached to your confirmation email.

Can we split one ticket among two participants?

No. WBCSD event tickets are nominative and non-dissociable.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email from WBCSD, is it normal?

Confirmation emails are sent automatically when the registration process is completed. However, certain types of registration require review and the confirmation e-mail is sent within the next 24 hours. Can I pay my participation by invoice?

For events tickets, WBCSD only accepts payments by credit card. Your participation will be confirmed upon reception of your payment. Payments by invoice are accepted only under exceptional circumstances and will involve administrative charges.

How can I book a hotel room and what are the rates?

Can I come to the Liaison Delegate Dinner with my partner?

The Liaison Delegate Dinner is open to meeting delegates only.

I need an invitation letter for my visa application, can you help me?

We can provide invitation letters to support your visa application only after receipt of your registration form and full payment of your registration fees. Please send your request(s) to indicating your specific requirements.

Can I use social media during the event?

Our Liaison Delegate Meeting is held under Chatham House rule, meaning that you can use social media all you like but you need to refrain from quoting people directly.

My company benefits from WBCSD’s Enhanced Membership package, how can I register?

Can I convert an in-person ticket to a virtual ticket if I can no longer come to Montreux?

Each (1) in-person ticket can be converted to three (3) virtual tickets anytime upon request until 5 March 2022. Please send your request to

Can I convert a virtual ticket to an in-person ticket?

Participants who initially bought a virtual ticket but would like to extend it to an in-person ticket will be able to extend their ticket in compensation of the payment of the associated price difference, anytime upon request until 5 March 2022.

I will not be able to attend the meeting, can I get a refund?

WBCSD Events tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another participant from the same company or organization. Please kindly note that once the event has started, tickets become nominative. To request a ticket transfer please contact before the event.

What’s the dress code for the meeting?

The dress code for WBCSD Meetings is business attire.

When will I receive my login details for online participation?

Online login details for the event will be available closer to the event date, most likely a few days before the meeting takes place. Please add to your secure contacts not to miss communications about the event and important information such as connection details.

Will the session materials and recordings be available?

All sessions will be recorded and available on demand on our event platform as well as on our private channel for attendees following the event.
